Welcome to the Mobilization School – a platform for disseminating knowledge about total defense

The Mobilization School is a remote, self-directed learning platform designed specifically for you – citizens who wish to deepen their knowledge, contribute to building a resilient society, and find their role in the event of mobilization or war.

At the Mobilization School, you will find training on mobilization and civil resistance intended for members of the civil mobilization personnel reserve, civil servants, employees of budgetary institutions working under employment contracts, officers of the state, internal service system, and the State Security Department of the Republic of Lithuania. The civil resistance course for firearm owners is designed for those who wish to obtain or renew a license to possess a weapon.

For your convenience, access to the Mobilization School is free of charge and available from any country and network, by logging in with your email address or mobile phone number. The remote courses are adapted for individuals with visual or hearing impairments.
